Kinjo Sushi & Grill started as a small dream and has grown into Calgary’s go-to spot for Japanese dining. As we expand to South Edmonton Common, we’re looking for passionate people to join our team!

Dining Server

Servers are the face of Kinjo, responsible for providing outstanding customer experiences. Their role includes greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, setting up tables, and assisting with opening and closing duties. The position requires connecting with guests to create memorable moments.

  • Friendly and caring nature

  • Knowledge of basic POS systems
  • Ability to multitask efficiently

Preparing sushi involves specialized training in cutting and preparing fish, perfecting rice, and crafting rolls with balanced flavors. At Kinjo, our chefs also master various Japanese dishes such as sashimi, tempura, and teppanyaki.

  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Works well under pressure in fast-paced settings

  • Basic knife skills, English, and math understanding
